Prior to founding their firm, John held positions such as Associate General Counsel at Illinois Tool Works Inc. and Vice President & General Counsel at Click Commerce, Inc. John earned a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
