Joshua David

Joshua David has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joshua started as a Student Paraprofessional at CSUN Faculty Technology Center in 2012 before moving on to work as a Student Assistant/Web Developer at Tseng College of Extended Learning from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they built intuitive and user-friendly tools for a web application using JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.

In 2012, Joshua also worked as a Builder of Things at Dr. Debbie Ma's Research Lab.

In 2015, Joshua joined Wag Labs Inc. as a Back-end Developer and Team Lead. Joshua built a feature that improved walker availability and reduced the time to find a walker by over 90%. Additionally, they developed an automated drip campaign feature to offer free or discounted walks to specific customers.

Joshua also has experience as a Private Tutor, working for himself from 2010 to 2011.

In 2015, they served as a Lead Software Engineer at Risk Driven Quality Consulting Company. Joshua was responsible for developing a project and document management tool for medical device companies using PHP, Laravel, and Angular on Ubuntu Linux. This software improved communication within large teams with multiple responsibilities.
