Ruhani Ibsan

Ruhani Ibsan is an experienced legal and public policy professional currently serving as the Director of Legal and Policy Affairs at Wagely since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ruhani held several positions at Uber from September 2019, including Senior Public Policy Advisor and Head of Public Policy for Bangladesh. Between July 2016 and September 2019, Ruhani worked at HSBC Bangladesh as Vice President of Business Strategy Implementation and Senior Legal Counsel. Additionally, from July 2011 to July 2016, Ruhani served as Legal Counsel for Europe (excluding the UK) and Legal Counsel at HSBC France.
