Deepa Guna

Deepa Guna is a software engineering leader with extensive experience in driving process improvement initiatives and mentoring development teams. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Wagepoint, Deepa has previously held positions at xMatters, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Architect, where they led a successful migration to a service-oriented architecture and introduced chaos engineering principles. Deepa began their career as a Software Developer at Wipro Technologies and has also worked as an Associate Researcher at Tech Mahindra. Deepa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
