Harry Hawks

Harry Hawks is currently an advisor at Waggl. Prior to that, they were the director at Share Rocket from January 2017 to June 2019. Before that, they were at K12 Inc. from May 2010 to May 2013 where they were the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. At K12 Inc., Harry was responsible for corporate finance, accounting, public reporting, regulatory compliance (including Sarbanes-Oxley), tax planning and compliance, audit, investor relations, risk management, MIS, BI, financial planning and analysis, school services, IP tax matters and transfer pricing. Harry led a team of 100-plus and dozens of external resources.

At K12 Inc., Harry developed the infrastructure and financial systems to support the company's growth from $380 million in 2010 to $850 million in fiscal 2013. Harry also completed 13 transactions, initiatives and financings related to domestic and international corporate development, business development, strategic alliances and joint ventures. In addition, Harry recruited more than 60 finance and accounting professionals domestically and internationally over a 24-month period and established an FP&A function which introduced a financial dashboard and key performance metrics.

Harry Hawks studied business administration at Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science. Harry then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
