Billy Wall

Billy Wall currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Waggoner Engineering since November 2022 and has been with the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) since December 2008, where Billy holds the position of Engineer Supervisor. At CPRA, responsibilities include overseeing a $1.2 billion program, managing the Levee Safety Program, and leading Emergency Management efforts in collaboration with the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP).
