Scott Phillips

Scott Phillips is an accomplished professional in the engineering and consulting industries, serving in various leadership roles throughout their career. At Waggoner Engineering, Scott holds the titles of President for Water and Vice President for Power, Utilities, and Industry. As the Owner of Blue Creek Consulting, LLC, Scott utilizes extensive expertise to provide specialized consulting services. Additionally, at STRADA Professional Services, Scott serves as both President and Consultant. Previously, Scott served in key positions at Arcadis, including Market Development Director for the Global Business Line Water and Managing Director for International Operations. Scott Phillips completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology at Mississippi State University from 1978 to 1983.
