Todd Thompson

Todd Thompson is the Director of Utility Operations for Waggoner Engineering, where they oversee utility infrastructure management, maintenance planning, and operational oversight. With over a decade of experience in the Water/Wastewater Industry, Todd has successfully led large-scale utility programs with a focus on regulatory compliance and system reliability. They also serve as a Construction Manager at Manchac Consulting Group, Inc. and previously worked as a Project Manager at Thompson Pipe Group - Flowtite. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University and is currently pursuing PMP certification.
