Dan Rice

Dan Rice is an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently employed at Wagman since April 2019, Dan has contributed to significant projects including the MD-32 Phase 2 Design Build, valued at $80 million, and the I-95 MD-152 ETL Extension, valued at $196 million. Prior experience includes a role at Tutor Perini Building Corp from July 2015 to April 2019, where Dan worked on the I-895 Canton Viaduct Bridge Replacement project and served as a Structural Field Engineer for the I-695 Outer Loop Baltimore Beltway Widening. Dan began a career in engineering as a Field Engineer and Assistant Project Manager at Insituform Technologies and served as Project Superintendent at Harrison and Burrowes Bridge Constructors. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Savonia University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2007 and 2011.
