David Leber

David Leber, MBA, serves as a Senior Project Manager at Wagman since January 2012, providing construction management and design coordination for Heavy Civil projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to this role, David worked as a Construction Engineer at G.A. & F.C. Wagman, Inc. - Intercounty Constructors, JV from April 2007 to January 2012, where project involvement included various aspects of the Intercounty Connector. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Coordinator at Wagman, assisting with project activities related to bridge rehabilitation. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Mount St. Mary’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from West Virginia University, and an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Frederick Community College.
