Jim Weber

Jim Weber is the Vice President of Preconstruction at Wagman, where they manage the production and quality of estimates for the regional office, ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Previously, Jim held various positions including Director of Preconstruction at HSC Builders & Construction Managers and Director of Preconstruction and Estimating at Quandel Enterprises, where they were responsible for project budgets and risk assessment. Jim began their career as an Estimator at L.F. Driscoll and served as Vice President of Preconstruction at Skanska USA Building, Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Temple University.
