Eric Julstrom has a diverse work experience in various marketing and product management roles. Eric started their career as a Planning Analyst at Panasonic Home Appliances Company of America, where they conducted research for product line expansion and assisted in the launch of new floor care products. Eric then worked as a Product Management Intern at American Greetings, where they helped redevelop the product assortment for test market scenarios.
After that, Eric joined Wells' Dairy Inc. as a Marketing Manager for Blue Bunny Ice Cream. In this role, they led cross-functional teams in new product development and utilized data analysis and consumer insights to track and diagnose business performance.
Eric then worked at Faribault Foods, Inc. as a Marketing Manager for Branded and Private Label Foods. Eric led projects from creative brief to launch, including package design and marketing communications. Eric also supported sales initiatives through data analysis and consumer insights.
Next, Eric joined The Toro Company as a Marketing Manager for TimeCutter Residential Mowers. Eric managed new product development, marketing communications, promotions, and P&L management. Eric successfully launched a $22M new product and grew sales through retail promotions and trade allowance.
Currently, Eric is working at Wagner Spray Tech as an Export Sales Business Manager for Latin America. Eric manages the distribution network for branded consumer and professional coatings businesses. Eric has significantly increased sales through launching new products and supporting distributor growth.

Eric Julstrom has a diverse education history. Eric obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Strategy from the University of Iowa - Henry B. Tippie School of Management, where they attended from 2003 to 2005. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies at Centre College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Spanish in the years 1996 to 2000. Before college, Eric attended Greengates School in México D.F. for a year in 1995-1996 to obtain a diploma, and Sycamore High School from 1993 to 1995 with no specific degree or field of study mentioned.
