Since 2017 we have guided owners, architects and contractors through the world’s toughest sustainability benchmarks LEED, WELL, EDGE, Living Building Challenge, GSAS, Estidama, TARSHEED, MOSTADAM, SA’FAT and our own WAHDJHomes standard.
What we do:
•	Integrative energy modelling, daylight simulation & thermal-comfort analysis that shrink carbon, glare and HVAC loads before a single brick is laid.
•	Full-scope energy auditing for existing portfolios baseline audits, investment grade audits, ECM prioritization and savings verification.
•	Lifecycle building analysis that balances up-front embodied carbon against 60 year operating impact to protect both planet and ROI.
•	MEP and building-envelope commissioning, from design review through functional performance testing to ensure every watt and every drop of conditioned air performs as modeled.
•	Certification management from charrette to plaque, no change-orders, no surprises.
•	Portfolio road-mapping that converts ESG mandates into measurable asset value.
Cross disciplinary engineers, energy scientists and wellbeing specialists work as an embedded extension of your team, translating emerging tech into strategies that cut OPEX, raise NOI and future-proof built assets.
Bottom line: we make high-performance buildings cost less, certify faster and sell better while making the planet a stakeholder in every decision.
