Emma Lynch is an accomplished diving coach with extensive experience in coaching and talent development. Currently serving as the Head Coach of Diving at the Western Australian Institute of Sport since January 2025, Emma previously held positions such as Diving Coach at Meriden School and Assistant Coach-Talent at the NSW Institute of Sport. Emma's coaching career began at Diving Western Australia, where an impactful tenure as the State & Emerging Talent Program Coach lasted from April 2012 to October 2018. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography and Planning and Geographical Sciences from The University of Western Australia and a Master's degree in Business (Sports Management) from Deakin University.
