Scott is an urban data entrepreneur dedicated to creating greener, more livable cities through software development. Scott has 15+ years of experience building software for Motorola Inc., the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and a variety of civic organizations. Scott has worked on six sigma development teams, conducted environmental engineering research, managed international development teams, and helped the non-technical build cool apps. Scott has an MS in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BA in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
