Chris Doerman has over two decades of work experience in the field of customer experience, customer success, and multimedia production. Chris joined ACG Multimedia in 1998 as an Interactive Producer and Creative Lead, where they worked for over 21 years until 2019. In 2019, they joined Waites where they started as a Senior Manager for Relationships & Products. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Director of Customer Success, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Waites.

Chris Doerman attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1995 to 2000. Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing.
