Since June 2020, Cody has been the Founder and Board Advisor of the Mississippi Wrestling Foundation. Prior military experience includes roles as Executive Officer, Supply Officer, and Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps from August 2016 to August 2021, as well as a Midshipman in the US Navy from July 2011 to August 2016. Cody holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, completed in 2016, and graduated from Sergeant Bluff-Luton High School in 2011.
