Lane Keating

Lane Keating is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Sr. HR Operations Administrator at Waites since October 2024. Previously, Lane held multiple positions at Health Carousel from January 2017 to September 2024, including Senior Human Resources Analyst, where responsibilities included overseeing HR analytics, managing key HR initiatives, and developing onboarding materials for corporate positions. Prior to that, Lane was a Product Manager at Dean's Cards, handling inventory purchases and market analysis, and worked as a Production Assistant at Local 12 WKRC-TV Cincinnati. Lane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media from the University of Dayton and studied at University College London in 2012.
