Andrew Hoad

Andrew Hoad currently serves as a Trustee for the John Lewis Foundation since June 2021 and as a Director at The Test and Itchen Association Limited since 2015, where the role involves representing Riparian owners. In addition, Andrew has held the position of Head of Leckford Estate, The Waitrose Farm, since January 2005, overseeing a 2,800-acre estate owned by the John Lewis Partnership. Previous experience includes various managerial roles at J Sainsbury from October 2000 to December 2004 and multiple buying roles at Homebase from August 1994 to October 2000. Andrew Hoad earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Agricultural Business Management from Wye College, University of London, between 1991 and 1994.
