Chris Fox has extensive experience in implementation and project management, primarily with Waitrose since 1989. Currently an Implementation Manager in Store Implementation, Chris oversees the implementation phase of various Growth programme schemes, ensuring projects are successfully integrated into operational business units. Previously, Chris served as a Transition Lead on a Workforce Management Programme, facilitating the transition to new operational practices across over 70 stores. Chris's earlier roles include managing implementation processes for over 300 branches and leading cross-functional project deliveries within the Retail Directorate. Education culminated at Whitgift School in South Croydon.
