Simon Tompsett

Simon Tompsett is a retired professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and enterprise architecture, primarily within the retail sector. Simon has contributed to Waitrose as a Systems Architect and Enterprise Architect (Supply Chain) since October 2001, following roles at Sainsbury's as a System Architect and House of Fraser as a Consultant. Prior to these positions, Simon worked as a Consultant/Methods Developer at COGS, developing performance management frameworks, and served as a Data Manager at London Transport from September 1979 to June 1997. Simon holds a BA(Open) in IT, Social Science, and Maths from The Open University, completed between 1981 and 1990, and attended Elliott School from 1967 to 1973.
