Jeff Berman

Jeff Berman currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at WaitWhat and holds the position of Of Counsel at Jenner & Block. As an active board member, Berman contributes to Protect Democracy, TOGETHXR, Dear Media, and LoveSeen, while also having previously co-founded Magnet Companies and served as an advisor to Caffeine. Berman's experience includes advising and serving on the board of directors at Brud during its acquisition by Dapper Labs. Educated at Yale Law School with a JD and Connecticut College with a BA, summa cum laude in Government, Berman combines extensive legal expertise with a strong background in governance and investment.
