Jonas Klemming

Jonas Klemming is the CTO at Waitwhile. Jonas was previously a financial developer at TriOptima from January 2011 to February 2020, where they built a GPU-based optimization engine for initial margin optimization of OTC derivative portfolios. Jonas also built a service that provided fast risk analytics for OTC derivative portfolios using GPUs. Prior to that, they were software architect & developer at Publit Sweden AB from January 2009 to December 2010, responsible for architecting and developing a print-on-demand and e-book platform for publishers. Jonas was also CTO and co-founder at Klicktrack AB from January 2005 to December 2010, responsible for all ongoing technical operations at the company including system architecture, information architecture, development, infrastructure, strategy and analysis.

Jonas Klemming studied at Stockholm University, where they earned a degree in computer science and business administration. Jonas also studied philosophy at the university. Later, they studied at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they earned a degree in computer science. In addition, they hold certifications from Columbia University in the City of New York in financial engineering and risk management part II and part I, and from the Georgia Institute of Technology in computational investing, part I.
