Norm Leduc

Norm Leduc is an experienced Branch Operations Manager at Wajax, a role held since September 1997, with extensive expertise in managing daily branch operations and determining KPIs for sales in parts and service. Norm has also served as Operations Manager and Branch Manager at Wajax Equipment, overseeing all operations of a heavy equipment dealership. Earlier in the career, Norm was a Territory Manager, managing a large territory and customer accounts for Hitachi, JCB, and Tigercat products, as well as holding a sales position at Hydraulics Plus, where territory management and hydraulic components sales were key responsibilities.
