Bailey Ulm

Bailey Ulm is an experienced Executive Assistant currently supporting the Director and leadership team at the Wake County Department of Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization since November 2022. Prior to this role, Bailey served as a Grant Specialist at North Carolina State University, focusing on the Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering from October 2019 to November 2022. Bailey's community engagement experience includes working as a Community Engagement Fellow at National Community Church, organizing programs to assist individuals experiencing homelessness, and participating in strategic planning for advocacy against homelessness. Additionally, Bailey interned with the Salvation Army Children's Services, where contributions included developing programs for children in need and coordinating volunteer training. A background in youth leadership was established as a Volunteer Young Life Leader, managing events and fostering teamwork among a group of volunteer leaders.
