Bailey Ulm is an experienced Executive Assistant currently supporting the Director and leadership team at the Wake County Department of Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization since November 2022. Prior to this role, Bailey served as a Grant Specialist at North Carolina State University, focusing on the Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering from October 2019 to November 2022.
