Beth Farrell currently serves as Board Chair and Elected Supervisor for the Wake Soil & Water Conservation District since December 2022. In a long-standing role at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, starting in October 2010, Beth held positions including Ag Program Development Coordinator, Agricultural Programs Specialist, Acting Director of the Marketing Division, and Administrative Assistant I. Additionally, Beth operates Pack House Farm, a pick-your-own blueberry farm that also offers local honey and heirloom blackberries, since January 2016. Previously, Beth was Director of Development at North Carolina State University from June 2002 to October 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from North Carolina State University earned between 1997 and 2002.
