Caroline Bond

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Caroline Bond is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in mental health and social work. Currently working at Wake County since January 2017, Caroline has served as both a Clinical Social Worker and a Housing Social Worker at the South Wilmington Street Center, focusing on the homeless population through the Transitional Housing Program. Previous roles include a Social Work Intern at Wake Forest Baptist Health Division of Public Health Science, contributing to a key project on vape store advertising, and a Homeless Shelter Associate at Hospitality House of Boone, where Caroline organized a health fair and ensured a safe shelter environment. Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a focus on Communities and Organizations, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Women's Studies, both from Appalachian State University.
