Caroline Bone

Caroline Bone is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as an Onboarding Specialist at Wake County since August 2023. Previously, Caroline worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included being the first point of contact for HR inquiries, conducting new hire orientations, and managing timekeeping and reimbursements. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist at Red Hat, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as various human resources positions at Target. Caroline began their career as an Elementary School Teacher with Wayne County Public Schools after earning a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2016.
