Christi Dillon

Christi Dillon possesses extensive experience in payroll analysis and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Analyst at Wake County since March 2016, Christi is responsible for payroll data entry, reporting, and managing employee orientations. Prior to this role, Christi worked as a Business Office Manager at Phoenix Assisted Care, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, managing resident financials, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies. Christi’s career also includes a significant tenure at Target, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between management and employees, advising on policy matters, and addressing workplace issues. Christi holds a degree from East Carolina University.
