Jasmine Phillips

Jasmine Phillips, MEd, MPH, currently serves as the Communicable Disease Supervisor at Wake County, where responsibilities include directing and evaluating staff performance while collaborating with a team to investigate various diseases and ensure high-quality public health services. Previous roles include Disease Intervention Specialist at DACCO Behavioral Health and Velvet Lips, as well as an HIV Testing Counselor at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Jasmine's early experience includes internships focused on public health initiatives and a leadership position as President of the Project SAFE organization. Jasmine holds a Master of Education in Human Sexuality Studies from Widener University, a Master of Public Health from Mercer University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from North Carolina Central University.
