Mark Spanioli

Mark Spanioli, P.E., is currently the Director of Engineering at the Town of Morrisville, bringing 29 years of experience in civil engineering and project management across both public and private sectors. They served as Director of Capital Improvements and Transportation Program for the City of Miami from 2012 to 2015, and held various leadership roles, including Director of Public Works and Senior Manager of Planning and Design for multiple organizations. Mark is also a Board Member for the Board of Adjustments and Water Partnership with Wake County since 2023. They began their education at Florida International University, where they completed their degree between 1991 and 1996.
