Robin Pleasant

Robin Pleasant is a seasoned professional in human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst for Wake County since February 2005. In this role, Robin leads the Benefits Team, providing essential guidance on daily processes, best practices, and policy compliance, while managing annual compliance testing and the RDS subsidy program. Previous experience includes a position as a Benefits Representative at Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University and an Associate of Arts from Peace College.
