Roy Baldwin

Roy Baldwin, CPWM, MBA, has extensive experience in waste management and public safety, currently serving as Program Manager for Wake County since January 2005. In this role, Roy leads waste management operations, overseeing facilities to ensure efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations. Previously, Roy held positions as Facilities Manager/Environmental Program Coordinator, Crime Scene Investigator with the CCBI, and Solid Waste Compliance Officer, dealing with various aspects of public safety and environmental enforcement. In addition to public service, Roy was the President/Director of The Matthew Baldwin Foundation, focusing on lawn mower safety awareness, and served as a Reserve State Police Officer with the NCDA&CS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Fayetteville State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Strayer University, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Wake Technical Community College.
