Susan Powers is an experienced IT Change Management Consultant currently working with Wake County since September 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to manage technology transitions effectively. Prior to this role, Susan served as a Change Management Specialist at ALTA IT Services, LLC, focusing on optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning initiatives and stakeholder communication. Susan's career also includes a significant role as Media & Communications Coordinator for the City of Virginia Beach, as well as positions in brand strategy and marketing at Bank of America, The Coca-Cola Company, and Dixie Sporting Goods. Susan holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Longwood University, earned in 1990.
