Sam Rome

Sam Rome graduated with a BA from Virginia Tech in 2014. Sam has been an instrumental part of the help desk and support team at WAKE TSI. Since graduating he obtained the CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certificates, as well the ITIL Foundation certification. His areas of focus also include customer service and technical documentation.
