Wake Up Joyful LLC is run by Alana Palm BEd, CTP, Trauma Release & Mind Renewal Specialist. With 20 years of high-level experience successfully leading others toward Victory through releasing their pain and trauma, Alana's mission is to empower Christian women to live at rest in God by releasing the bondage that holds them back from fully believing and receiving God’s love. 

With certifications in Proven Trauma Healing Psychology, in addition to her deep understanding of Biblical Truths, Alana helps Christian women stop living in the cycle of striving, trying and working their way into overwhelm and exhaustion, in favor of entering God’s rest and living from a place of His joy and peace.

Alana is the Lead Facilitator and Steward of ‘The Set Free Method’ which has deeply supported thousands of Christian women in revealing and releasing trauma, coming into agreement and alignment with God’s truth, abiding in the Vine and becoming unoffendable so they can live with consistent joy and peace through the power of the Holy Spirit.
