Formerly known as legal planit, and after 17 successful years of operation, we rebranded in 2016 as we began to find that the firm branding no longer reflected who we were.  We felt that we needed a brand which would 100% encapsulate what makes us so successful.

Naturally, our team is comfortable dealing with complex legal issues. However, we felt that the strength of the team lay in taking these issues and then presenting simple, straightforward, and practical solutions to our clients. We collectively wanted to create a brand and ideology which would express who we are and what we do – hence: ‘making the complex simple’.

While the name has changed, we are still the same people and our company values remain unchanged. We continue to provide commercial and private clients with pragmatic and cost-effective legal solutions.
