Wakelin Property Advisory is dedicated solely to finding and negotiating the purchase of the highest quality residential property for our clients to invest in. We work only with residential property – that's what we know best.

Founded in 1995, Wakelin Property Advisory has built a reputation as Melbourne's foremost and respected residential property expert. We have a track record of consistently delivering 8 to 10 per cent capital growth per year on properties our clients buy with our assistance.

We are independent. We don't sell properties and we don't work with developers or estate agents. This ensures the interests of our clients are our only priority. And unlike a buyer’s advocate or agent, we offer a comprehensive investment search, advice and negotiation service.

To find the right property, we apply the Wakelin Approach, a unique 7-step review process we have developed to find the five per cent of properties which consistently produce above market capital growth. It relies on our expert team’s intimate working knowledge of the Melbourne market. When we identify a property as a worthy investment opportunity it’s evaluated by our entire team. If one of our team feels it’s not up to scratch it doesn’t make our investment grade. The Wakelin Approach empowers investors to profit from the residential property market and to attain financial independence.

We can also help clients with other residential property needs including buying a home.
