Lydia Tolman

Lydia Tolman, FSA, MAAA, is a seasoned actuarial professional currently serving as a Senior Consulting Actuary at Wakely Consulting Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lydia accumulated significant experience at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, where positions included Senior Manager of Reserving and Forecasting as well as various managerial and analyst roles within the Actuarial Services department from June 2011 to March 2021. Lydia's early career involved actuarial analysis at Actuarial Management Corporation and an internship at Oxford Life Insurance Company. Lydia earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Arizona State University, graduating in 2008.
