Benoît Legrand started working at Wakeo in 2021 as a Product Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Wakeo as a Business Operations Analyst from January 2021 to July 2021. In 2020, Benoît worked at Loria as an Operation Research Intern, where they optimized the management of an electric buses fleet and developed mathematical models and resolution methods. Benoît also solved the issue of buses allocation in the depot using exact and heuristic methods. In 2019, Benoît worked at Polyconseil as a Carsharing Innovation Consultant, where they assisted in the implementation of an IT project and designed user journeys for a mobile app. In 2018, they worked at VEDECOM as a Connected Vehicle Engineer, where they developed simulations for autonomous vehicles, implemented a telecommunication model for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications, and evaluated the impact of standardized messages on road safety.
Benoît Legrand began their education in 2011 at Lycée Notre-Dame de la Providence, where they pursued a Baccalauréat degree in the field of study of Scientifique. Benoît completed this program in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Benoît attended Charlemagne High School, studying CPGE MPSI/MP*. Benoît then enrolled at École des Ponts ParisTech in 2016, where they pursued an Engineering Degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, completing the program in 2020. During their time at École des Ponts ParisTech, Benoît also attended Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a Master's degree in Operational Research.
