Danny Walcoff

Danny Walcoff is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Lead Designer at Anomalo since July 2024. As the Founder of Ambitious since January 2022, Danny focuses on facilitating habit formation through engaging accountability groups. Previous roles include Lead Designer at Y Combinator and Senior Product Designer at BetterUp, where Danny created a resource library for Fortune 500 companies and developed a mood tracking framework. As a Product Designer at Uber from January 2016 to March 2019, responsibilities included designing key internal tools and improving driver earnings platforms. Danny also founded the nonprofit Empak to support San Francisco residents experiencing homelessness. Earlier experience encompasses a UX Prototyper role at VMware and a Designer & Front-End Developer position at Steps Marketing. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
