Gabriel Risse is currently the Head of Product at Wakuli, overseeing the development and industrialization of new recipes. With extensive experience at Nestlé, Gabriel specialized in Roasting & Grinding, Manufacturing Support, and Product Integration for NESCAFE DOLCE GUSTO. Prior to that, Gabriel worked on energy analysis at CanmetÉNERGIE and as a Teaching Assistant at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne. Gabriel holds a Master's degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from EPFL.
