David Barrow

David Barrow is a Director of Consulting with extensive experience in Enterprise Service Management and Digital Transformation. Currently serving as a thought leader for The ITSM People and an ITIL Ambassador for PeopleCert, David has spent 30 years helping organizations co-create value and develop connected ecosystems. As a founder of Sol Seven Studio, David integrates IT expertise with creativity and sustainability, while also mentoring students at the University of East London. An accomplished author, David has published four books, including works on allyship and service management, and actively contributes to industry standards through various committees.
