David Borland

David Borland is an independent training and technical support provider with extensive local and international experience in the glass industry. They have held several senior positions, including General Manager at Triple Seal Ltd and Managing Director at Borglas Laminated, where they established Scotland’s first PVB laminated production line. David is currently the Chairperson of ISO Technical Committee 160, focusing on glass in buildings, and continues to provide consultancy services within the industry. Known for excellent communication skills and a strategic vision, David has a proven track record in production planning, staff development, and implementing systems for business growth.
