Han Wu is currently the Chair of the UCL FES Tech Network and the Facility Manager for the SAXS & Nanomaterials Characterisation Facility at UCL. With a PhD in Polymorphic Transformation and Crystallization from the University of Sheffield, Han has managed various research facilities and played key roles in multiple committees, including the Particle Characterisation Interest Group and the ISO/TC24/SC4. Han's research focuses on the crystallization and polymorphic behavior of organic and inorganic materials and has significant experience in supervising technicians and facilitating training. Previously, Han contributed as a Guest Editor for *Current Organic Chemistry* and led several research initiatives at UCL and the University of Sheffield.
