Isabel Caetano

Isabel Caetano is a dynamic executive with over 20 years of experience in innovation management and strategic initiatives across the public and private sectors. Currently serving as an Invited Professor in Innovation Management at ISCTE and as a Senior Consultant at EOSC Association, Isabel also co-founded Go To Innovation to provide consultancy services on blockchain and AI. Isabel's notable roles include Chair of the Portuguese Standardisation Technical Committees for AI and Innovation Management, and Board Member of the Portuguese Innovation Agency. With a Ph.D. in Management, Isabel has a strong focus on responsible AI, innovation assessment, and stakeholder engagement, complemented by extensive international networking and training experience.
