Leena Yahia

Leena Yahia is a strategic thinker and co-founder who currently serves as the Lead Researcher at Conestoga College’s Social Innovation Lab, where they co-lead a national study on cooperative boards' governance. With extensive experience in organizational leadership, public policy, and social impact, Leena has led significant projects such as Imagine Canada’s Futureproofing the Community Service Workforce Project. They have contributed to governance and policy development at multiple institutions and are pursuing a PhD in Measurement, Assessment, Policy, Leadership, and Evaluation at Queen's University. Leena is also a committed lifelong learner, having completed multiple executive training programs at prestigious institutions.
