Philippe JOLY

Philippe Joly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, having served as an auditor, advisor, consultant, and manager. Currently, Philippe holds the position of President of the French Commission for Petroleum Measurement at the International Organization for Standardization, representing France in technical committees. In addition to this role, Philippe is an independent consultant, providing assistance in operations and measurement procedures, and acts as a neighborhood advisor for the city of Versailles. Philippe has a formidable background that includes positions with Baker Hughes Christensen, Esso, and ExxonMobil. Philippe earned a Master’s degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and an MBA from ESCP Business School.
