Shellie Halstead

Dr. Shellie Halstead, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP, PMP, is the Strategy Director at the Lee County Tax Collector, where they lead and support teams in human resources projects. With a career spanning since 2004 in human resources both in the United States and Japan, Dr. Halstead serves as the HR Project Coordinator for the School District of Lee County and is an Adjunct Professor of Management at the Florida Institute of Technology. They hold a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and are recognized as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, along with certifications as a Project Management Professional and SHRM-SCP. Dr. Halstead is actively engaged in leadership roles on professional boards and committees, contributing to innovation standards for the International Organization for Standardization.
