William Morgan is a seasoned global business development leader with expertise in HR metrics and over a decade of experience in software development and business process outsourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at BairesDev and as President of SeqHCM, William has driven significant growth and established strong partnerships with notable clients. In addition to previous roles at Xerox and Automatic Data Processing, William has contributed to international standards in HR measurement as a voting member of ISO TC 260.
